A United States Marine Corps veteran, Ryan spent nearly five years as a
licensed real estate agent before transitioning into residential repairs and
renovations, operating a successful handyman business for another five
years. That experience gives his clients an added layer of perspective when
evaluating properties. Having worked extensively in homes throughout the
Reno/Sparks area, he understands common maintenance issues,
improvement considerations, and the practical side of homeownership -
always encouraging clients to rely on licensed inspectors and qualified
professionals for detailed evaluations.

In 2022, while actively running his business, Ryan returned to school and
completed his bachelor’s degree. He was immediately accepted into the MBA
program at UNR and completed the accelerated track in just a year and a
half, obtaining his MBA in December of 2025. Earning both degrees while
operating a company reflects the discipline, focus, and work ethic he brings
to real estate every day.

His business education enhances his ability to analyze market trends,
evaluate pricing strategies, and negotiate effectively on behalf of his clients.
